An article can only be published if a lawyer admitted in that jurisdiction wrote it or checked it.
Editing a live article takes it back to draft, so nobody's approval stays attached to text they did not see.

Web addresses are generated consistently, so one article never ends up reachable at several addresses.

Attorney profiles, with the practising credentials that decide whose name may appear on content.

Record each lawyer with the jurisdictions they are admitted in, their reference number and their date of admission.
A lawyer can only be named on content for a jurisdiction they are currently admitted in.
If an admission is suspended or retired and none remains in good standing, the profile is withdrawn from the public site automatically.
A profile cannot be published for someone with no admission in good standing.
